How to Find the Proper Fit
Take measurements close to the body, not over clothing. Use a flexible measuring tape to perform the following measurements:
A: Biceps: Measure the circumference of the muscle
B: Arm: Measure from your shoulder to just before the wrist bone while slightly bending your arm
If in doubt, or in-between sizes, SIZE UP!
